She is also the founder of Glide, a solutions hub that uses personality intelligence tools and training to help people, products, and businesses thrive.
Temitope has worked in the capacity of concept architecture & digital transformation for brands like Microsoft, ETK Group, in Collaboration with the Essex Ministry of Commerce, United Kingdom, and many others.
As a trusted consultant, she has worked with some of the largest startups in fintech, e-commerce, gaming, and ed-tech, driving growth and expansion strategies across the UK & Africa, including Jumia & Konga.
Beyond her professional achievements, Temitope is a sought-after speaker and trainer for leading organizations such as Google, Facebook, and the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She Leads Africa -VISA, ARDA -USAID & Peace Corps, International Organization for Immigration OM amongst many others. She is also the author of Dare To Choose You: The Permission Code, a self-help book dedicated to personal growth, self-discovery, liberation, and the power of conscious living.
She holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in the United States and is a recipient of the United Kingdom’s Global Exceptional Talent award.

She received an award from Google as one of the Partner organizations to lead the impactful Digital Innovation Program across Sub-Saharan Africa.
